The interface of the program is very plain and easy to navigate through. Videos can be imported via the file browser only, since the drag and drop method is not supported. Batch processing is allowed. In the list you can check out the name, path, frame rate, duration, audio and video stream, as well as dimensions and bit rate of each video. So, all you have to do is specify the output folder and extension, and proceed with the conversion process. In addition, you can configure audio and video settings for each aforementioned format when it comes to the compression codec, bit rate, and others. These parameters can be reset to their default values. Furthermore, you can enable 101 AVI MPEG WMV Converter to skip, overwrite, query or automatically rename files with the same name, change the interface skin, play a sound after the conversion is done, set post-task actions (e.g. shut down computer, exit program), and more. During the encoding job you can check out the total, elapsed and remaining time, current and total progress, as well as a log file. But you can also preview clips and open the destination folder. The video conversion tool requires a moderate amount of system resources, can take a while to finish a task and manages to maintain a very good image and sound quality.
